We offer a variety of Price Protection programs for both the home and business.
Easy Pay:
With our Easy Pay program you are automatically price protected for the heating season for heating oil or natural gas. You make 12 convenient affordable monthly payments based on your annual fuel usage.
Fixed Price Programs:
Every year, before the heating season, we offer our fall through spring price protection programs. This allows you to lock in 12 months supply of home heating oil at affordable and predictable prices.
Capped Price Programs:
We offer capped prices for our automatic customers. This guarantees that you will not pay more than a certain amount, yet if the market goes down you benefit from lower prices. Protects you against high price spikes during the winter. Ask you salesmen about this program.
Stuyvesant Exclusive Fuel and Home Monitoring System:
Stuyvesant now offers a unique and exclusive Scul-Tell II monitoring system for your home. If you are away from home much, and worry about running out of fuel or a furnace malfunction, Stuyvesant has a solution for you. We now offer a system that monitors your fuel level and two other critical functions, such as, house temperature, furnace malfunction or high water level. They are all continually monitored electronically by a designated computer in our office alerting us to any of the items we monitor for you. Want to know more? Automatic Delivery
Most customers have their fuel delivered this way. We track your usage and deliver when your tank is about 1/4 full. There is no need to call us when you need oil. There is no charge for this service.
Will-Call Delivery
With this type of delivery, it is up to the customer to measure the amount of fuel in their tank and decide when to call and place the order (Allow two business days from the time of order to delivery). We cannot be responsible for run-outs with this type of delivery, so there is a $85 charge to restart your unit if you do run out. Will call customers create a challenge for us to deliver. We respect the fact that there are those who want to monitor their own tanks and always will. Our real challenge is to educate them of their options and to make sure they understand in addition to having guaranteed deliveries, they can save money by being on automatic and taking advantage of our price cap program.
Budget Plan
For the home, our budget plans let you spread your heating costs over 10 or 12 months. You make affordable predictable payments over the term of which ever budget payment plan you choose. You get our low cash price at the time of delivery, as well as, automatically being enrolled in our price protection program for the heating season. Best of all, it's free to enroll.
Direct Pay
No longer do you have to worry about making a payment late or having to write a check and mail it in. We do all the work by deducting your monthly budget payment from your checking account on the same day of every month. It's that simple.

If you're selling your home - Stuyvesant will do an evaluation of your heating equipment to help make potential buyers feel at ease. We can also transfer your service plan to the new homeowner.
